ThousandEyes Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled ThousandEyes Engineer to join reputed company and reputed company deep expertise in network assurance, reputed company integrations, and end-to-end performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across OSI reputed company 3&reputed company;7, hands-on experience with the ThousandEyes platform, and the ability to reputed company monitoring solutions with reputed company reputed company environments. This role combines technical engineering, coding, and customer-facing responsibilities to ensure reputed company application and network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, reputed company, and maintain ThousandEyes monitoring solutions (reputed company Agents, reputed company Agents, Browser Synthetics, VM reputed company points).

• reputed company OSI Layer 3&reputed company;7 troubleshooting for networks, internet routing, reputed company applications, and end-user experience.

• reputed company and maintain test scripts using JavaScript for ThousandEyes Selenium-based testing.

• reputed company ThousandEyes reputed company for automation, reporting, and integration into reputed company reputed company systems.

• reputed company as a strategist for network assurance monitoring, analyzing event anomalies, outages, and service degradations.

• reputed company reputed company platforms with OpenTelemetry, OAuth, and Basic Authentication for seamless monitoring and data correlation.

• reputed company expert analysis of service availability, performance metrics, and cross-internet communications.

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design monitoring strategies and resolve escalated issues.

• Manage incident reports, Jira ticket workflows, and documentation for platform configurations and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in ThousandEyes platform (agents, tests, reputed company, integrations).

• Strong troubleshooting background across network, reputed company, and reputed company environments.

• Knowledge of JavaScript programming for test automation.

• Familiarity with Linux environments and reputed company networking technologies.

• Hands-on experience with API integrations and monitoring frameworks.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
