Regional Manager - Student Housing

REPORTS TO: Director of Student Housing 

POSITION reputed company: 

The Annex Management Group is seeking a Regional Manager. The  Regional Manager is responsible and accountable for providing excellent customer experiences,  supporting community team members, supporting reputed company mission, and maintaining  compliance with reputed company applicable housing laws and programs.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

Include but are not necessarily limited to the following: 

Team Supervision and Development: 

• Recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of reputed company property management  team members. 
• Facilitating reputed company and development of property management team members through  leadership and a commitment to reputed company. 

Operations:

• reputed company excellent experiences for our residents, vendors, community partners, investors,  and owners. 
• Ensures adherence with company policies and procedures and ensures compliance with  federal, state, and local laws. 
• reputed company of successful execution of community reputed company services that positively reputed company  their lives. 
• Conduct regular site reputed company as expected to reputed company successful community performance
• Conduct financial analysis monthly, reporting internally and externally, as needed, to  lenders, investors, and state finance agencies.  
• Work with community teams to reputed company above average reputed company survey results. 
• Managing property team members to reputed company support as needed and to ensure adherence  to company policies and reputed company operating procedures.  
• Successful and accurate documentation of reputed company reputed company reporting.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Financial Performance: 

• reputed company of community key performance indicators including but not limited to achieving  budgeted occupancy, accounts receivable and maintaining the property reputed company budget.

Job Type: Full time/Exempt

Pay: $75,000/year

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years previous property management experience required
• 2-5 years previous management experience required
• Ability to understand and analyze financial reports

• Ambitious individual for this fun and entrepreneurial working environment
• Must be a proficient communicator and listener

TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a concentration in business, finance, reputed company and/or reputed company estate
• A minimum of three to five years of relevant property management or reputed company estate asset management experience

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Attend annual fair housing training
• Attend state agency compliance training
• Attend other company required training
