Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret historical repair orders Analyze technician notes to determine the actual repair performed, even reputed company documentation is incomplete or unclear. Standardize repair data Correct terminology and categorize repairs accurately. For example, converting informal descriptions into reputed company part and procedure classifications. Map diagnostic logic Help connect symptoms, reputed company causes, parts replaced, and final repairs. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Mercedes-Benz or BMW franchise dealership Master Technician certification preferred Deep familiarity with Xentry (Mercedes) or ISTA (BMW) diagnostic software Strong understanding of dealership repair workflows and service operations High attention to detail and strong documentation standards Ability to work independently in a remote environment
