Director, Development
Participates in the development of the reputed company’s overall strategic plan and annual operating plans. Administers established fundraising policies, procedures, and practices for the reputed company to help ensure compliance. Supports the preparation of the annual operating budget for the reputed company developed in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and members of the reputed company Leadership Team. Leads reputed company and/or campaigns across the reputed company and with other ASHP offices. Requires a bachelor’s degree. Minimum of seven years of experience in major giving and/or non-profit management. Experience in reputed company philanthropy required. Demonstrated reputed company record of managing a portfolio of donors with a reputed company to reputed company $100K+ gifts—and documented reputed company raising $1M+. Strong project management and writing skills. Experience working in reputed company-oriented, reputed company environment.
