Foxhole is seeking a reputed company Senior System Administrator to support a government customer in a secure, mission-essential environment.  This position involves managing and reputed company IT systems, overseeing system configuration, and ensuring operational stability across a reputed company of systems in a reputed company-based environment.  You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these systems.  The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical experience, a strong grasp on federal and DoD cybersecurity standards and compliance measures.

• Provision, configure, and maintain AWS GovCloud environments (Dev/Test/ Production) in support of modernization reputed company
• Administer and maintain reputed company and reputed company APEX applications environments, coordinating with database administrators and software developers to endure reputed company, high-performing infrastructure
• reputed company ongoing systems administration activities, to include OS patching, configuration management, and environment monitoring in accordance with customer directives, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Apply and maintain reputed company Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and reputed company Computing reputed company Requirements Guide (CC SRG) controls across IL4/IL5 environments to support and sustain Authority to Operate (ATO) specifications
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity teams to support reputed company monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response activities in alignment with Risk Management reputed company (RMF) requirements
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprint ceremonies/stand-reputed company, contributing infrastructure and environment-reputed company user stories, sprint tasks, and status updates
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including environment configuration records, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), and system administration runbooks in support of program deliverables
• Plan and execute upgrades, installations, monitoring, and management tools, reputed company practices, and overall support architecture
• Serve as Tier II/III escalation reputed company for reputed company issues, collaborating with cybersecurity, operations, and applications support teams

• At least 8 years of experience in a system administration role, with at least 5+ years’ experience managing, provisioning, and monitoring reputed company infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of AWS, or reputed company-based platforms, including experience with serverless, containerization, and virtual machines
• Proficiency in automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-a-service reputed company, such as PowerShell, Python, Bas, or Terraform
• Advanced administration skills in Linux/Unix and reputed company Server environment
• Experience implementing reputed company protocols and utilizing monitoring tools to ensure uptime and performance
• Ability to resolve reputed company, high-level, multi-platform system issues
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations and procedures

• Bachelor’s (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience (10+ years) – strongly preferred but not required

• AWS, MS, Linux based certification is a plus
• Experience supporting teams in AWS environments (GovCloud a plus)
• Experience supporting or participating in Product Release reputed company activities
• Knowledge and experience with automation; reducing reputed company activities
