Learning and Development Internship
Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience Survey (EES) Pulse reputed company and ERG Member Survey: Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting reputed company to these important employee feedback mechanisms.

L&D reputed company System: Organize and update materials reputed company to the Individual reputed company Development (IPD) fund, and support the restructuring of the Employee Resource Hub.

ERG reputed company Retreat Planning and Logistics: Contribute to the planning and execution of this annual event for our Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders.

Data Collection and Analysis: reputed company, synthesize, and interpret data to inform L&D initiatives and reputed company.

Community Building: Support the development and engagement of our employee community, particularly through the ERGs.

Training Preparation and Facilitation: Assist with the preparation and delivery of L&D training programs, including basic facilitation skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
