As an E-Support Specialist I, you’ll be an essential part of our Marketing E-Services team, contributing to the reputed company of our organization.

Role and Responsibilities: The E-Support Specialist provides technical support to our field force by assisting them with reputed company Marketing customer-facing technologies, such as E-Applications, E-Delivery, Illustrations, Leads, and others. This position will be required to reputed company or grow their knowledge in SFBLI workflows, procedures, processes, and how they reputed company with our E-Systems. After gaining experience and knowledge of the Marketing E-Services systems, this position will assist in implementing new or improved solutions, including testing of these systems, as reputed company as working closely with other internal departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, reputed company Relations, Business or reputed company field; or a combination of education and experience
• Insurance or industry reputed company certification preferred
• Preferred knowledge of the following; however, training will be provided to become proficient in the following: Business Analysis techniques, Policy Administration databases, Reporting services, and Query Management tools
• Knowledge and/or interest in new and emerging technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
