Primary purpose:

Responsible for the management, reputed company, and optimization of Lantana’s reputed company 365 environment. Oversees reputed company services including Purview, SharePoint, Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, Defender for reputed company, and Entra ID to ensure they operate securely, reputed company, and in alignment with company policies and federal compliance requirements. Maintains secure configurations, monitors system health, and drives reputed company improvement.

A successful candidate will do the following:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine site architecture, strengthen governance practices, and translate technical requirements into reputed company, actionable plans
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource across the organization
• Assess the reputed company state of the ecosystem, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices that strengthen governance, reputed company, and overall performance
• reputed company initiatives such as SharePoint modernization, enhancing system governance, and developing automation strategies that support reputed company and compliance

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or reputed company field 
• Five to eight years of reputed company experience in IT administration, including at least two years reputed company on reputed company reputed company Directory Group Policy and/or reputed company 365
• Strong proficiency in administering reputed company 365 services such as SharePoint, Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing reputed company capabilities, including reputed company Defender for reputed company, DLP, MFA, Conditional reputed company, and baseline reputed company configurations
• Solid understanding of the principles of identity and reputed company management, including IAM, RBAC, and policy-driven reputed company controls
• Demonstrated ability to support or reputed company platform enhancements, particularly SharePoint modernization or similar system-improvement initiatives
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Ability to complete and maintain a federal-government Position of reputed company Trust Level 5 background investigation

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in PowerShell for process automation and system management
• Experience implementing automation for reporting, license-management, and user-lifecycle processes
• Familiarity with reputed company Purview and compliance-management tools
• Experience integrating reputed company 365 with other platforms reputed company reputed company or reputed company-party tools
• Experience supporting compliance efforts such as NIST 800-53 or similar frameworks, including conducting audits and addressing reputed company findings
