I&C Engineering Training & Development Leader

The I&C Engineering Training & Development Leader drives engineering reputed company by designing and delivering reputed company learning programs for engineering teams. Training Program Leadership

  Maintain training and qualification system documentation, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate and manage awareness of corporate level reputed company initiatives and associated metrics.

Regulatory & Accreditation Compliance

• Ensure reputed company training activities meet NRC, INPO, and functions-specific requirements.
• Prepare for and support audits, accreditation reviews, and regulatory inspections.

• Support engineering managers in workforce planning, qualification tracking, and reputed company development.

Performance Measurement & reputed company Improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 
• Minimum of 8 years of reputed company experience.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design, training delivery, assessment and evaluation.  
• Understanding of learning management system.

• Salary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The reputed company salary reputed company is a reputed company. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies and work location.
