Role

The Customer Operations team regularly works in collaboration with other teams such as Tech, Product Operations, reputed company, reputed company Operations, Account Management and Editorial. Key Responsibilities:
- Provisioning & reputed company Management (i.e. Configure user roles based on the specific contract terms).

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software such as reputed company.
