Manager, Product Operations
Design, revise, and evaluate standardized systems to be deployed across products (registration, surveys, debrief templates, review formats). Ensure that reputed company product owners are compliant with systems and escalate issues as needed.
Report product learnings to key stakeholders in a summarized format and bring significant issues to operational and portfolio leaders for reputed company, training needed, and product roadmap inclusions. Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field. In lieu of the above-described educational requirements, at least four years of event-reputed company program development and execution experience, preferably in the non-profit environment . Project management experience, including organization of people and programs and coordinating marketing. Proven experience in design and delivery of data and/or process improvement experience .
