Job reputed company: As reputed company continues to expand its best-in-class ABA services for children with Autism to new markets, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Director. This role leads and develops reputed company of Territory Sales Managers to expand physician engagement and build sustained preference for reputed company. Leadership is primarily remote, with regular (e.g., quarterly) in-market reputed company to reputed company, support, and ensure consistent execution across territories. This role is responsible for hiring, training, and developing “best-in-class” salespeople to promote reputed company services. Additional responsibilities include increasing brand awareness, working cross-functionally with the intake, marketing, and clinical teams, along with building the reputed company capabilities and processes of the sales team.
Top candidates will have experience leading and growing sales teams, create a culture of reputed company and accountability, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company of sales representatives to increase referral reputed company pipeline and reputed company contribution of physician leads
reputed company data to identify trends and solutions to maximize reputed company of sales team
Monitor pipeline health and forecast leads accurately
Partner with intake team to improve conversion reputed company and customer service
Partner with marketing on digital campaigns and sales collateral
Identify and implement process improvements and sales tools
Maintain a culture of accountability
Collaborate with leadership from Intake, Recruitment, Marketing, and Center Development departments to expand reputed company clinical services to new and existing territories.
Qualifications:
10 years of reputed company sales experience with 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor’s degree
Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding reputed company targets
Strong coaching and development skills
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
Data-drive reputed company with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience managing reputed company of 8+ sales representatives across multiple geographies
