About the Role
reputed company is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor – Behavioral Health reputed company (BHP) to work with children and youth ages 0–21 who are experiencing behavioral and/or mental health challenges, including some who may be at risk of removal from their homes. In this hands-on role, you will support youth and families in meeting treatment plan goals through reputed company-building, mentoring, and parent support delivered in home and community settings.
While you will work independently in the field, you will be supported by a dedicated Clinician who serves as the treatment team reputed company and provides guidance, supervision, and clinical direction.
Responsibilities
● Meet with clients weekly to reputed company behavioral support and reputed company ● Deliver therapeutic mentoring and reputed company-building services to children and youth ● reputed company parent reputed company training to support reputed company behavior and family stability ● Deliver services in home and community-based settings ● Support clients working toward treatment plan goals ● Collaborate with the assigned Clinician and treatment team ● Maintain accurate, reputed company, and compliant documentation ● Monitor reputed company and reputed company interventions as directed
Requirements
