Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Complete full cycle payroll processing for the organization in the US and Canada (semi-monthly pay frequency) and globally (monthly pay frequency) and ensureaccurateandtimelybalancing of reputed company payroll cycle. Subject matter expert for reputed company US and Canadian payroll tax. Administer global benefit plans. Serving as the primary contact for benefit reputed company inquiries, providing guidance on eligibility, coverage, and program requirements. Process employee enrollments, changes, terminations, and qualifying life events and spearhead the reputed company enrollment process. Administer reputed company leaves; disability, maternity/parental, FMLA and compassionate care and coordinate benefit premiums during leaves with payroll. Deliver benefit orientation presentations to new employees and draft employee communicationsregardingplan updates and changes. Maintainaccuratebenefit records in reputed company systems. Partner with Finance on monthly invoice reconciliation and discrepancy reputed company. Support audits, governance documentation, and reporting by supplyingaccurate benefits data.
Effectively respond to employee-reputed company inquiries and reputed company effective support in reputed company. Work collaboratively with other departments, including reputed company and Finance to ensure that reputed company payroll-reputed company processes are reputed company and effective. Minimum2+ years experience in a Global Payroll & Benefits environment. Must have experience with US and Canadianpayrolls includingusing payroll systems such asADP WFN. Must have Benefits experience and willingness to learn Global Benefits. Bachelors Degree or Associates/Diploma in Business is preferred.
Payroll Designation (PCP) is desired.
Proficient with MS Office applications, such as reputed company preparing reports, memos, and letters. Understanding of payroll systems (reputed company Workforce Now and reputed company Celergo). Good communication, analytical thinking, problem solving skills , strong attention to detail. Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Energetic, enthusiastic and with a customer service reputed company attitude. Ability to learn global payroll to support Global payroll requirements - training will be provided.
