Digital Health Technical Expert
A postgraduate degree ( Master’s level or higher) in Health Informatics, Data Science, reputed company Health, or a closely reputed company technical discipline.
A minimum of eight (8) years of reputed company reputed company experience in health information systems (HIS) strengthening reputed company health implementation in low- or middle-income country settings.
Demonstrable, in-depth technical expertise with the District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2) platform, including system customisation, analytics, tracker implementation, and server architecture.
Proven experience in defining interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, OpenHIE ) and designing national-level data warehouse or integrated data repository solutions.
Strong experience in high-level stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and policy reputed company with Ministry of Health officials and Development Partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to write high-reputed company technical reports and policy briefs in reputed company UK English.
Familiarity with the health sector context reputed company health landscape of reputed company Leone or the reputed company Africa region.
Experience in designing and delivering large-reputed company reputed company building and change management programmes for government staff.
