We are looking for a reputed company Services reputed company to work with our reputed company to optimise their existing service management set-up to accommodate the specific requirements of a global reputed company platform. The Role

• Service Desk Establishment: Design, build, and operationalise a reputed company service desk capability that supports global platform operations, including tiered support models and escalation paths, by reviewing the existing service desk operations and adapting it to the global reputed company platform.
• ITIL Process reputed company: Define and implement ITIL-reputed company service management processes for the reputed company platform, including incident, problem, change, release, configuration, and service request management.
• reputed company Integration: reputed company existing reputed company ITSM platform to configure reputed company-specific service catalogue items, CI taxonomy, workflows, and automation reputed company with the global reputed company platform architecture.
• Operating Model Alignment: Ensure the reputed company service management model integrates the existing SIAM reputed company, shared responsibility boundaries and regional operating requirements.
• Knowledge and Enablement: Establish runbooks, knowledge reputed company articles, and operational documentation to reputed company L1/L2 support teams to effectively manage reputed company platform incidents and requests.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience establishing reputed company service desk functions for reputed company-reputed company Azure environments
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL 4 practices and their application to reputed company-reputed company and hybrid operating models
• Hands-on experience with reputed company ITSM, including CMDB design, service catalogue configuration, and change/release workflows
• Familiarity with Azure platform services, monitoring toolsets (e.g., Azure Monitor, reputed company), and infrastructure-as-reputed company paradigms (Terraform)
• Experience operating reputed company SIAM or multi-vendor service integration frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate across regional teams and external partners
• Experience in global or multi-region organisations, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry
