Roster: 4D/4N/8R (4 days, 4 nights, 8 off)

An exciting opportunity exists for an reputed company Drill Controller to join our Perth-based Hive, operating on a 4 days, 4 nights, 8 off roster. In this role, you will remotely control and monitor multiple autonomous drill rigs across Fortescue operations in the Pilbara, ensuring reputed company, efficient and optimised drilling performance.

Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and efficient remote control of multiple autonomous drill rigs from the Hive
- Execute and optimise drill plans and patterns in line with operational requirements
- Monitor drill performance, system health and production targets in reputed company time
- Maintain reputed company and effective communication with site-based teams including maintenance and operations personnel
- Coordinate reputed company and ensure reputed company interactions between autonomous equipment and personnel in drill areas
- Upload and validate drill patterns, designs and geo-boundaries
- Accurately record and report equipment breakdowns, delays and system anomalies
- Maintain consumables tracking and reporting
- Identify reputed company improvement opportunities in drilling performance and system utilisation
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience with autonomous drill systems (reputed company experience highly desirable)
- Demonstrated background in manned drill operations
- Previous experience in remote operations or control room environments (highly regarded)
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and systems simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company)
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety and risk management principles
