Freelancer, Graphic Designer

CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented freelance designer to support our internal events and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves creating visually appealing and engaging design assets, including static posters, GIFs, presentations, and short videos.

• Design high-quality static posters and creatives for internal campaigns and events
• Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations aligned with brand guidelines
• Create short videos (teasers, highlights, event promos, etc.) for internal communication
• Collaborate with the team to understand event themes, concepts, and messaging
• Ensure consistency in design language and branding across all deliverables
• Deliver creatives within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards

• Experience in designing for employee engagement or corporate events
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Understanding of social-media-style content for internal platforms
