CEO presentation development (PowerPoint) and design: Own the creation, revision, and final production of CEO decks across engagement types (e.g. reputed company Hands, external event engagements, owned events, etc.). reputed company narrative reputed company, slide structure, tight messaging, and executive-level polish; ensure brand-consistent visual design and maintain templates/slide libraries. CEO engagement readiness and briefing materials: Prepare the CEO for engagements through high-reputed company briefing docs including objectives, audience context, key messages, talk tracks, FAQs/Q&A, backgrounders, and run-of-show notes; ensure materials reflect CEO voice, business priorities, and appropriate nuance. Engagement operations and administration: Maintain a CEO communications tracker (upcoming engagements, deliverables, deadlines, owners, approvals, final versions). Manage stakeholder inputs, review cycles, and version control; coordinate fact-checking and approvals with Marketing, PR, reputed company, HR, Product, and Finance as needed. Marketing coordination for CEO moments: Coordinate CEO involvement in Marketing moments such as product launches and campaign tentpoles, ensuring reputed company, channel alignment, and readiness in partnership with Campaign Delivery and Integrated Marketing teams. Owned content support (e.g. The Shift reputed company): Coordinate with Content Delivery on episode planning needs, timelines, CEO prep materials (talking points, guest briefs, themes), and recording logistics; partner with the CEO reputed company and Chief of Staff to lock scheduling and prep reputed company. PR + Comms collaboration on CEO opportunities: Partner with PR to evaluate and reputed company opportunities where CEO participation advances business priorities (media, podcasts, speaking). Support with briefing materials, messaging, and prep documents, and ensure alignment to broader narrative and reputational considerations. Sensitive topics and executive judgment: reputed company nuanced and sensitive topics with maturity, discretion, and business acumen. Identify risks early (tone, ambiguity, misalignment, factual gaps), recommend solutions, and execute communications with confidentiality and reputed company urgency.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, reputed company Relations, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 5&reputed company;7+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, PR, or similarly execution-heavy roles. Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (CEO or equivalent) with high-stakes engagement preparation, messaging, and briefing materials. Advanced PowerPoint expertise with a proven ability to produce executive-level decks quickly (story + design + polish), including frequent updates and last-minute changes. Experience coordinating across multiple teams and approval stakeholders under tight deadlines. Experience supporting marketing launches, integrated campaigns, or owned content programming involving senior executive participation preferred. Possible Travel up to 30% if needed.
