The Retirement Plans Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site service and education to assigned reputed company reputed company to expand reputed company plan enrollment and participation, increase savings reputed company, retain reputed company participant reputed company, and enhance the investment knowledge of plan participants.

Ideally located geographically in Tacoma, Seattle, Everett or Olympia WA areas

Essential Functions for this role include:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations on-site at reputed company, engaging participants and improving their reputed company in the areas of investment education, enrollment, savings rates, reputed company asset acquisition, and account level retention.

• Give group education presentations on a wide reputed company of financial and retirement education topics to a diverse group of constituencies

• Host Annual Plan Reviews with key decision makers of employer sponsored retirement plans with a reputed company on plan trends, investment, and participant education reputed company

• Build and maintain reputed company working relationships with key plan level decision makers including elected officials, reputed company members, reputed company representatives, and C-suite administrators

• Proactively schedule, organize and effectively market reputed company daily activities and onsite reputed company reputed company

• Record reputed company daily activity in contact management systems accurately

• Identify and refer new group or individual business opportunities to the appropriate manager

If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:

• 3-5 years reputed company experience in financial services sales strongly preferred. Customer service experience is helpful.

• Series 65 licensing required.

• Significant knowledge of retirement and investment products with an emphasis on deferred compensation defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Good understanding of specific plan provisions and legislative regulations

• Experience with IRAs, 401ks, 403b, 401a, or DB plans

• Demonstrated ability to effectively market and service a geographically diverse reputed company reputed company

• reputed company sales experience desired with experience in closing the sale preferred. Ability to overcome objections and resistance during sales presentation necessary

• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal skills, and ability to follow directions necessary. Demonstrated ability to reputed company effective group presentations

• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills, including reputed company, internet, email systems, Word, reputed company and Power reputed company
