Regional Billing Coordinator - Remote

Responsible for billing-reputed company activities for laboratory practices and coordinating with the centralized billing office. 

• Performs mid-month and month-end billing reconciliation between LIS and BIS
• Responds to inquiries and requests from the central billing office in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Utilize BI reporting to identify billing/payer denial trends
• Communicates changes reputed company to physicians, clients, managed care agreements, reputed company reputed company arrangements and changes in test offerings
• Manages the reputed company reputed company, AR aging, and collections to meet reputed company defined targets
• Presents specific reporting metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reputed company
• Provides reputed company information received from payers to the centralized billing office
• Communicates with lab personnel to reputed company customer/reputed company service
• Completes annual training programs reputed company the required timeframe and regularly attends meetings
• Maintains strictest confidentiality
• Complies with reputed company State, Federal, reputed company regulations as reputed company as company and departmental rules, polices, and procedural manuals
• Adherence to HIPAA, Safety and OSHA Regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years medical billing experience with exposure to charge entry, posting, claims processing and collections.  
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word and reputed company.
