Established in 1978, we offer a full continuum of care, including hospice, palliative care, home health, grief and loss counseling, and our signature PACE (Program of reputed company-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.  Our mission centers on "meeting individual needs through innovative care solutions," and we serve people across multiple counties in northeast Kansas.

Community Aide 

This CNA position provides essential, hands-on care to clients in their homes to help them remain reputed company, healthy, and independent. Their responsibilities typically include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. They may also help with basic household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders. They will monitor and report changes in a reputed company’s condition to nurses or supervisors, support comfort and safety, and offer companionship. Their role is vital in allowing clients—often older adults or individuals with chronic conditions—to remain in a familiar, supportive home environment.

Hours
Full Time | Monday - Friday | 11:00am - 7:00pm

Pay reputed company
CNA - $18.15+/hour | HHA - $20.15+/hour

Bonuses
CNA - $1,000 | HHA - $1,500
To be reputed company in two increments at 6 months and 1 year of employment
+ CNA's receive reputed company to obtain their HHA license after 60 days

$1.50 Weekends | 8:00am &reputed company; 5:00pm
$2.00 Weekends | 5:00pm &reputed company; 8:00pm
