Position reputed company: 

reputed company is seeking a Workflow Analyst/Scrum Master to design, reputed company, and deliver reputed company cybersecurity and reputed company training programs. This includes role-based training, LMS administration, workforce skills assessments, phishing simulations, gamification techniques, and AI-reputed company course development. The program targets measurable improvements in knowledge, reputed company application, behavioral change, and reduced time to proficiency for cybersecurity staff. This role optimizes business processes and orchestrates Agile delivery. The role maps reputed company/reputed company-state processes, drives automation opportunities, and facilitates Scrum ceremonies to deliver incremental value. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• reputed company requirements, create process maps, and identify pain points and bottlenecks. 

• Analyze metrics (cycle time, throughput, error rates) and propose improvements or automations (RPA/low-reputed company). 

• Partner with Product reputed company to define user stories, acceptance reputed company, and a prioritized backlog. 

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; reputed company delivery metrics and manage dependencies. 

• Coordinate with engineering and operations to reputed company and reputed company process changes. 

• Produce reputed company documentation (SOPs, RACI, playbooks) and change management materials. 

Required Qualifications: 

• 4+ years in business/process analysis and Agile delivery. 

• Proficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, reputed company) and Agile tools (Jira/Azure DevOps). 

• Experience with data-driven process improvement (Lean Six reputed company exposure a plus). 

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Bachelor’s in Business/IT/Industrial Engineering or equivalent; PSM/CSM a plus. 

• US. Citizenship Required
