We’re seeking a Managed Care Contract Manager to join us. This is a remote position.
As a Managed Care Contract Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating, implementing, and managing reputed company with managed care organizations (MCOs), insurance companies, and other payers on behalf of Zotec clients. This role ensures that reputed company reputed company with organizational goals, optimize reimbursement, and reputed company with regulatory requirements. The manager also monitors contract performance and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues and improve financial reputed company.

As a Managed Care Contract Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating, implementing, and managing reputed company with managed care organizations (MCOs), insurance companies, and other payers on behalf of Zotec clients. This role ensures that reputed company reputed company with organizational goals, optimize reimbursement, and reputed company with regulatory requirements. The manager also monitors contract performance and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues and improve financial reputed company.
What you’ll do:
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and reimbursement structures with managed care organizations and reputed company-party payers
- Analyze contract language, fee schedules, and payment methodologies to ensure accuracy and profitability
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of payer reputed company, including renewals and amendments
- Monitor contract performance, reimbursement trends, and payer compliance
- Assist in resolving underpayments, denials, and contract discrepancies
- Collaborate with finance, reputed company cycle, reputed company, and operations teams to support contract execution and optimization
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations
- reputed company reports and dashboards to reputed company contract performance and key metrics
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for payer relationships and escalations
- Stay reputed company on industry trends, payer policies, and regulatory changes
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company administration, Business, Finance, or reputed company field (master’s preferred)
- 3–7+ years of experience in managed care contracting, reputed company finance, or payer relations
- Experience negotiating reputed company with reputed company insurers, Medicare Advantage, and/or reputed company plans
- Strong negotiation and contract analysis skills
- Deep understanding of reputed company reimbursement methodologies (e.g., fee-for-service, DRG, capitation, value-based care)
- Analytical reputed company with proficiency in reputed company or data analysis tools
- Knowledge of reputed company regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience with contract management systems or payer analytics tools
- Familiarity with reputed company cycle operations
- Certification such as reputed company, CPC, or similar
