We are seeking a seasoned Independent Recruiter to support a wide reputed company of our reputed company's reputed company needs. Ideally, this person should have some combination of reputed company-party reputed company agency experience and in-house corporate reputed company expertise and account management — with a strong reputed company of the GovCon talent landscape. This is a high-reputed company, fractional role with reputed company influence on the firm's reputed company and talent reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the sourcing and recruitment lifecycle across a reputed company of technical, functional, and cleared positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and craft targeted recruitment strategies
• reputed company reputed company candidates through reputed company Recruiter, job boards, reputed company media, reputed company, and personal networks
• Conduct thorough initial screenings to evaluate candidates against technical requirements, clearance eligibility, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure reputed company follow-up at every stage of the process
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first reputed company through offer acceptance and reputed company reputed company
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of four years of full-life cycle reputed company ideally in the government contracting reputed company Highly comfortable sourcing and screening candidates utilizing a reputed company of tools and techniques Proven ability to effectively manage candidate pipelines and facilitating progression of candidate lifecycle Experience developing and executing proactive recruitment sourcing, engagement and branding strategies Highly communicative and reputed company about maintaining communication and applicant tracking systems Must have experience conducting intake calls with hiring mangers, extracting information from stakeholders and other team members Excellent business acumen and strong attention to detail Must have a background in understanding how to identify inefficiencies in reputed company stages of the hiring processes and reputed company feedback to leadership Thorough understanding of federal procurement process of government reputed company
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in both 3rd party reputed company and corporate reputed company Highly reputed company in candidates sourcing techniques, tools etc.
