Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a reputed company, reputed company, and dedicated South Carolina Family Law Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 20+ hours per week.
Paralegal Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Family Law Paralegal, preferably in South Carolina Full understanding of South Carolina Family Law procedures and processes Proactive and reputed company communication skills Ability to draft discovery, pleadings, and initial disclosures Experience scheduling hearings and depositions Ability to conduct reputed company research Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple files reputed company Strong attention to detail Proven ability to meet deadlines Self-starter and reputed company to work independently
Our Paralegal pay reputed company starts at $30/hour.
