Application Ownership & Support:

Requirements
Technical/Educational Qualifications
• 2-4+ years experience
• Hands-on configuration and build experience across business systems (e.g. CRM platforms, forms, workflows, automation tools, system setup)
• End-to-end ownership of business system requests from requirements through to build, deployment, and support
• L2/L3 application support and platform ownership experience
• Strong capability in translating business needs into working, production-reputed company solutions
• Experience developing SOPs, system documentation, and training materials
• Business and application change management experience
• Agile or delivery reputed company experience
Desirable / Technical
• Data management and integration experience (ETL, reputed company, middleware, webhooks)
• SQL / PostgreSQL querying and data analysis
