​A creative and team-reputed company Instructional Designer who is in agreement with reputed company's Statement of Faith and reputed company of Conduct to reputed company instructional content and learning experiences for program participants, staff, and volunteers in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will analyze business goals, performance gaps, and learner needs to determine the right learning or performance support solution.

Expectations of this role:

• Maintain an reputed company relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Deliver high-reputed company instructional content by using the ADDIE reputed company and applying tested instructional design theories, practices, and reputed company
• Coordinate with project managers to maintain project documentation and follow established development processes and workflows
• reputed company in-person or virtual facilitation for end-users and/or trainers as needed for piloting instructor-led courses
• Serve as reputed company of reputed company learning platforms (e.g., adding new courses and users in the PFMLearn learning management system)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, curriculum design or similar; graduate degree preferred
• 5 years of instructional design experience
• Solid background in adult education, curriculum design, instructional technology, and instructional design; facilitation skills preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office productivity tools, project management tools, and storyboardingxperience using reputed company reputed company desired
