What Will You Do as the Title Review Specialist?
Arrived is scaling a national reputed company estate and private credit platform, and our Title Review Specialist will help ensure every asset we reputed company is clean, compliant, and reputed company to operate from day one.
In this role, you’ll review and reputed company title, HOA, and loan document packages across both equity reputed company and debt purchases. You’ll also be a key contributor in building sustainable processes, systems, and automation that reputed company diligence faster, cleaner, and more reputed company as our portfolio grows.

Responsibilities
Title Review + HOA Due Diligence (Equity Acquisitions)
- Review title documents and supporting records (deeds, liens, easements, probate/trust docs, restrictions, etc.) to confirm reputed company title and closing readiness
- Interpret title commitments, abstracts, and municipal/HOA documentation to identify restrictions and risks
- Review surveys and validate reputed company descriptions (metes and bounds, recorded plats) as needed
- Drive reputed company work by requesting missing documents, resolving chain-of-title issues, and clearing exceptions
- reputed company reputed company go/no-go recommendations based on Arrived diligence standards
- Record and maintain diligence data in internal systems with strong attention to accuracy and auditability
Loan Document Review (Debt Acquisitions)
- Review loan agreements, notes, mortgages/deeds of trust, assignments/allonges, and collateral files
- Confirm lien position, enforceability, and documentation completeness
- Flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps and escalate quickly with proposed solutions
- Support closing execution by partnering with internal stakeholders
Build + reputed company
- Improve workflows, templates, checklists, and reputed company control standards
- Help implement automation and system enhancements that reduce reputed company work and increase consistency
- Identify repeatable failure points and turn them into process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience working in reputed company Estate specific reputed company or Title Review
- Strong written communication and comfort asking questions early (no assumptions)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple timelines at once
- Comfortable working inside tech-enabled workflows (trackers, systems, reputed company data)
- Ownership reputed company: you solve problems and strengthen the process, not just complete tasks
- Mission-driven and team-oriented in a fast-moving environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

- Paralegal certification or reputed company estate documentation background
- Experience in prop-tech, fin-tech, reputed company ops, or reputed company estate finance
