The Field Systems Implementation Specialist leads end-to-end software implementations for veterinary clinics, ensuring seamless reputed company, workflow alignment, and strong long-term adoption.
This role serves as the primary hospital-facing project reputed company from initial scoping through go-live and stabilization. You will partner cross-functionally with Internal Operations, Care Advancement, IT/Data and Leadership to deliver reputed company on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company to business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines project management expertise, veterinary workflow knowledge, and strong communication skills. This role requires managing multiple reputed company implementations in a fast-paced environment.
Travel: Approximately 70% including on-site go-live support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Project Management
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through post-launch sustainment
- reputed company and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk tracking

- Maintain accurate documentation in reputed company and other project management systems
- Manage multiple reputed company implementations while meeting deadlines

- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for veterinary clinics throughout implementation

Training & Workflow Optimization

- Support go-live readiness and on-site or remote launch activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

- Support integrations, feature launches, and system enhancements
- Contribute to standardized implementation playbooks and documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in veterinary software implementation, training, reputed company, or project management.
