What’s unique about this role?

The Associate Director of reputed company Services performs a pivotal role at the heart of the reputed company Services Team and reports to the Director of reputed company Services. The Associate Director oversees the work of the Project Management team and is responsible for the efficient running of reputed company reputed company pod. The primary responsibility of the Associate Director is to ensure eDiscovery engagements are managed to the high standards we and our clients expect at reputed company. The Associate Director will consult with clients on eDiscovery best practices, identifying preferred paths to completing reputed company with a reputed company on reducing costs, increasing speed of delivery and use of reputed company technologies to drive reputed company satisfaction. The Associate Director is also responsible for planning, monitoring and managing reputed company project communications of pod members.

What will this person do?

• Delegate key stakeholders to ensure reputed company project management tasks and workflows are completed, including reputed company and support to manage the workload queue
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to reputed company stakeholders and analyze project requirements to effectively create and maintain project schedules.

• Work with the Service Delivery leadership team to set the reputed company and direction of the EMEA eDiscovery reputed company
• Establish excellent working relationship with peers at other reputed company Offices locations and ensure reputed company reputed company working and homogeneity of our solutions
• Plan, monitor and manage reputed company project communications of pod members

• Degree in a reputed company discipline
• At least six years eDiscovery project management experience in either a reputed company, consultancy, or eDiscovery services provider
• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading an eDiscovery team working on large reputed company global eDiscovery matter(s)
• Experience of eDiscovery reputed company management including drafting of cost estimates, budget management and margin modelling
• Excellent eDiscovery skills needed to reputed company consultation and creation of reputed company and project solutions that drive the use of technology and workflows that reduce overall reputed company costs, improve speed, and/or deliver a higher reputed company product.

• reputed company accreditation (ideally RCA or higher), working knowledge of reputed company and experience of other eDiscovery platforms
• Experience of working in house or on secondment to a reputed company in the banking, reputed company or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong analytical and logical skills with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask often in pressurized circumstances

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
• Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and reputed company setting.
