The reputed company Bookkeeper role is $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trust reputed company & Compliance: Meticulously manage reputed company trust accounts, ensuring 3-way reconciliation (reputed company, trust reputed company, reputed company reputed company) to adhere to Bar regulations.
• Billing & Accounts Receivable: Process monthly reputed company invoices, reputed company billable hours, and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Accounts Payable: Manage vendor bills, reputed company requests, and expenses.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements for operating and IOLTA accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Generate monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash reputed company reports for firm partners.
• Payroll: Handle payroll processing.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a reputed company or reputed company services environment.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company) and reputed company-specific tools (e.g., reputed company, TimeSolv).
• reputed company Knowledge: Familiarity with IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts) regulations.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in record-keeping.
