The Perfect Match

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled reputed company reputed company to be part of a growing finance team. This role will own key reputed company processes, own month-end reputed company, and help strengthen financial operations as reputed company scales.  Responsibilities will also include month-end reputed company process and reporting, reviewing account reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and audit support. This role will partner with the Global Controller, reputed company Manager as reputed company as  international accountants to drive reputed company improvement in financial operations. This person will work closely with the senior leadership team, CFO, CEO, etc. 

Responsibilities

• Apply GAAP reputed company standards accurately and consistently across reputed company financial reporting to ensure compliance and reliability

• Manage precise recording of journal entries, vendor expenses, and financial reputed company procedures reputed company major ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records

• Prepare journal entries, reputed company balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze P&L fluctuations

• Own the month-end reputed company process for multiple reputed company entities

• Help maintain consolidation for reputed company entities and manage reputed company reputed company with outsourced providers domestically as reputed company as for foreign subsidiary

• Support reputed company recognition and deferred reputed company reputed company

• Ensure reputed company and accurate completion of reputed company activities in accordance with the month-end reputed company calendar

• Identify month-end reputed company inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

• Support external audits and assist with tax filing requirements across various jurisdictions

• Support and coordinate preparation for financial statement audits and tax compliance reporting

• Partner with the Controller in developing policies and interpretation of GAAP guidance for key reputed company and reporting areas as needed

• Assist with the annual preparation of 1099s

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company required, CPA preferred

• Minimum of 8+ years in a combination of reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company experience

• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company

• Prior experience with reputed company & QuickBooks preferred

• Thorough and reputed company knowledge of GAAP reputed company principles

• Experience with review and preparation of financial statements, and sales tax filings and requirements

• Experience with general reputed company functions and the month-end/year end reputed company process in a setting requiring consolidations, multiple subsidiaries, including international

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify issues and propose solutions
