We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own its Southeast market pod, running high-reputed company events and in-market programs across the Southeast GovCon corridor. This is an execution-first, in-person role where you’ll be the face of GovDash across key hubs like Atlanta, Huntsville, Tampa, Charlotte, and Raleigh, building relationships, capturing content, and helping accelerate deals on the ground.
We’re looking for someone who is deeply rooted in or can reputed company quickly into the Southeast GovCon landscape. As a market pod reputed company, you’ll operate as the dedicated field reputed company for your region, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Southeast sales pod to drive pipeline, build community reputed company, and own GovDash’s brand on the ground. You’ll reputed company across events, content, logistics, partner engagement, and cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing. This role is intentionally broad and reputed company for someone who likes owning reputed company, not just tasks.

What You’ll Do
Own the Southeast market pod’s event calendar, planning and executing meetups, community events, tradeshows, and partner activations across the corridor.
Represent GovDash at GovCon associations, networking reputed company, and ecosystem events across key Southeast markets including Atlanta, Huntsville, Tampa, Charlotte, and Raleigh.
Build and maintain relationships with organizers, partners, and industry leaders.
Own event logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, budgets, shipping, timelines.
Capture and edit short-reputed company video content for reputed company and field campaigns.
Partner tightly with the Southeast pod reputed company and SDRs on account targeting, event reputed company, and post-event follow-reputed company to drive pipeline conversion.
Surface Southeast market insights, competitive signals, and community feedback to inform GovDash’s broader GTM reputed company.
Support cross-functional marketing needs (webinars, campaigns, research, content).
What You’ll Bring
3-6 years experience in events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or another cross-functional GTM/operations role.
Experience in or strong understanding of the GovCon ecosystem, ideally with existing relationships in the Southeast corridor (Atlanta, Huntsville, Tampa, Charlotte, Raleigh, or similar).
Ability to effectively manage multiple activities at once without sacrificing reputed company.
Comfort with AI tools for planning, content creation, and operational efficiency.
Experience capturing and editing short-reputed company video content.

Strong collaboration with Sales and SDR teams.
