The reputed company Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned clients and/or business segments.  Additionally, this position is responsible for the overall development of associates in assigned reputed company, to include monitoring the productivity of reputed company, creating and implementing monthly improvement plans, and always maintaining reputed company customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage reputed company of Associates to include selection, work allocation, training, coaching and mentoring, problem reputed company, performance evaluations, and corrective actions
• Manage daily operations of assigned clients and/or business segments

• Monitor, audit, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance goals of subordinate staff to Senior Management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience, with at least one year of management experience in a reputed company field

Salary: starting at $48,000, depending on experience
