Key Responsibilities

• Serves as the reputed company for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies for clinical informatics initiatives.
• Ensures smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities.
• Develops communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs reputed company with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards.

Specialized Skills Include:

• Demonstrated expertise in Agile environments (e.g., supporting PI planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder readiness)
• reputed company or similar OCM frameworks (ADKAR model)
• Communication and training development for clinical and technical audiences
• Familiarity with VA reputed company/CPRS, Cerner reputed company/reputed company Health, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, reputed company Administration, Organizational Development, or reputed company field
• 8 years of experience in change management or organizational development roles reputed company reputed company or federal health IT programs.
• 5+ years implementing change strategies for clinical informatics systems, EHR transitions, or interoperability reputed company
