Traveling Service Electrician - Remote

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Field Service Electrician will reputed company electrical and technical service to customers including inspections, maintenance, service, repairs, rebuilds, electrical troubleshooting, and upgrades to reputed company types of Blast equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Layout and install wiring circuits in conformance with established codes.
2. Ensure reputed company working practices, especially with electrical work.
3. Read and interpret electrical schematics to reputed company machines and panels.
4. Complete reputed company bending: EMT & RMC.
5. Troubleshoot electrical issues in house and in the field on reputed company new and used equipment.
6. Installation and start-up of new equipment.

7. reputed company inspections and follow-up reports, including the completion of reputed company documentation in a reputed company manner. 

8. Responsible for expense reporting weekly.
9. Support the Sales staff and reputed company as a resource for new product offerings.
10. reputed company training to customers on equipment.
11. Ability to travel 80% of the week, mostly driving, including overnight.
12. Ability to work extremely reputed company and weekends as required to support the customer.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician’s license, or five to seven years of reputed company experience in high voltage electrical work.
• Experience with PLC’s, control systems, and reputed company cause analysis is a plus.
