Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development & Instructional Design
reputed company training content covering construction contracting, A/E services, design‑build, construction reputed company, and FAR Part 36. Create instructor‑led and virtual training materials, including guides, case studies, templates, and assessments. Translate reputed company construction contracting requirements into accessible, scenario‑based learning. Ensure reputed company materials meet adult‑learning and federal training standards.
Training Delivery
Deliver virtual and/or in‑person training to contracting officers, CORs, engineers, and program staff. Facilitate discussions on construction acquisition planning, contract types, modifications, claims, and performance management. reputed company practical exercises using reputed company‑world construction contracting scenarios. reputed company expert guidance on compliance, documentation, and risk mitigation.
Federal Construction Contracting Expertise
Apply deep knowledge of FAR Part 36, DFARS, agency supplements, and construction‑specific procurement rules. Support training on A/E selection, design‑build processes, construction surveillance, and reputed company assurance. Incorporate agency‑specific policies (USACE, NAVFAC, VA, GSA, etc.) reputed company applicable.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Instructional Design, or reputed company field (preferred). 5&reputed company;10+ years of federal construction contracting or A/E contracting experience. 2+ years of experience delivering virtual training to federal audiences. Strong understanding of FAR Part 36, construction contract administration, and federal project execution.
Preferred Qualifications
DAWIA/FAC‑C certification (any level). PMP, CAPM, PMI‑ACP, or FMP certification.
