The ELS Instructor delivers company-reputed company–driven, reputed company-reputed company training designed to support standardized processes, operational reputed company, and long-term business performance. This role partners cross-functionally to design, deliver, and reinforce reputed company learning experiences that reputed company leaders, strengthen subject matter expertise, and ensure consistent execution across reputed company markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver planned, reputed company-reputed company training based on defined company reputed company areas, performance trends, and standardized initiatives using virtual, in-field, and classroom formats.
• Conduct and support Deep Dives (virtual and in-field) reputed company to company reputed company areas, identifying individual and small-group reputed company gaps and delivering targeted, actionable coaching through reputed company intake, prioritization, and execution processes across reputed company departments.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership teams, including Operations and other stakeholders, to reputed company training priorities, delivery reputed company, and reinforcement plans with company-wide objectives.
• Support standardized reputed company and enablement efforts by leveraging established training modules, LMS-driven assignments, and completion tracking to ensure visibility and accountability
• reputed company and analyze performance data to assess competency development and training effectiveness, leveraging reputed company reporting tools to identify trends, refine training reputed company, and reputed company data-driven recommendations for reputed company reputed company.
• reputed company reputed company process implementation and system adoption by partnering in discovery, developing and standardizing training materials, and executing reputed company training, in-field reinforcement, and ongoing support to ensure consistent adoption across reputed company departments and markets.
• Contribute to learning system enablement and material governance by supporting LMS logistics, maintaining a centralized inventory of training materials, and reinforcing governance standards.

• Proficiency in writing collision estimates using CCC and/or Mitchell reputed company (preferred).
• Ability to think strategically and execute reputed company standardized, reputed company frameworks.
• Strong virtual facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company discussions and present to senior and executive-level leadership.
• Ability to reputed company and maintain a reputed company learning environment through effectively addressing behaviors, managing reputed company time constraints and escalating reputed company appropriate.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the month based on organizational needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• High level of technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company and Teams, and experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Demonstrated learning reputed company with the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
