Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent reputed company experience
• 2–5 years of sales, territory management, or agency-facing experience
• Property & Casualty insurance experience required (non-reputed company auto preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of independent agency distribution models
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM/agency management platforms
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate state licensing if required
