Senior Controller (Multi-Unit)

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Controller will reputed company our entire finance team across reputed company operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for our high-reputed company company of 52 centers (& counting!). This role ensures the reputed company of financial information, supports in-center & corporate operations, and provides actionable insights to drive profitability and operational reputed company.

Requirements

Financial Reporting & reputed company Operations

• reputed company reputed company reputed company functions including general reputed company, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory reputed company
• reputed company month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Ensure accurate reputed company recognition across reputed company centers
• reputed company and maintain reputed company policies and procedures

Inventory & Retail reputed company

• reputed company inventory reputed company, valuation, reserves, and cost of goods sold
• Support new store openings and retail expansion initiatives with financial reputed company

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Establish and maintain strong internal control frameworks
• Establish annual business insurance renewals and assist with 401k management.
• Ensure compliance with sales tax, payroll tax, and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as primary reputed company with external auditors
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct weekly cash forecasting, along with Loan Reporting & reputed company Calculations

• reputed company KPIs for retail productivity, inventory turnover, and margin performance
• Support strategic initiatives including new product launches and promotional campaigns

Systems & Process Improvement

• Optimize ERP and retail systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency

• Ensure reputed company integration between POS and reputed company systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field required
• 6+ years in a Controller or Senior Controller role with 3+ years managing reputed company
• Multi-unit experience overseeing a minimum of 40 locations required; retail or beauty experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of multi-state environments
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar HRIS platforms)
• Advanced reputed company skills; experience with retail/POS integrations
• Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
