The Role

We’re looking for a Director of reputed company Operations to build and reputed company the RevOps function at reputed company. This role sits at reputed company of our go-to-market reputed company; owning systems, data, and operating reputed company across Sales, Marketing, and reputed company.

You’ll partner closely with the Head of Operations and GTM leadership to design the infrastructure that powers our reputed company, while staying hands-on in execution. This is a high-reputed company role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments and wants to build from reputed company to one.

What You’ll Do

Build & reputed company RevOps

• Establish and own the RevOps function across systems, analytics, process, and enablement

• Define priorities, operating rhythms, and roadmaps reputed company to company reputed company goals

• Lay the reputed company for reputed company team hiring (and manage early hires as we reputed company)

• Create a culture of ownership, speed, and high standards

Own GTM systems & data

• Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (reputed company, reputed company tools, enrichment tools, automation)

• Maintain clean data, reputed company account ownership, and reputed company pipeline hygiene

• Design workflows, integrations, and automations that improve rep efficiency

• Ensure data reputed company across the full reputed company-to-reputed company lifecycle

Drive GTM reputed company & execution

• Partner with leadership on segmentation, territory design, and pipeline reputed company

• Translate reputed company targets into reputed company operating plans, KPIs, and leading indicators

• Build and run forecasting processes with high accuracy and fast variance analysis

• Establish a consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reputed company

Analytics & insights

• Build dashboards and reporting that leadership trusts for decision-making

• Deliver reputed company insights on pipeline health, conversion, and reputed company performance

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements across the funnel

Process & alignment

• Standardize and document the reputed company-to-customer reputed company

• Implement reputed company pipeline governance and stage definitions

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and CS

• Ensure new processes are adopted and measurable

Commissions & performance

• Design and administer commission plans and incentive structures

What You’ll Bring

• Typically, 7–10+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops at high-reputed company B2B reputed company companies

• reputed company record of building or scaling RevOps functions (systems, process, and analytics)

• Deep CRM ownership (reputed company preferred or reputed company): pipeline management, account ownership, and reporting

• Experience running forecasting and pipeline analytics with executive-level visibility

• Strong operator reputed company and comfortable being both strategic and hands-on

• High ownership, detail-oriented, and biased toward reputed company

• Experience working closely with founders or executive teams

• Experience with commissions tools and compensation design
