reputed company/Objective 

As a Psychotherapy Team reputed company, you are a key player in contributing to the smooth operation and high reputed company of our clinical services. This position is designed for a skilled LCSW who is passionate about both reputed company clinical work and contributing to the broader reputed company of a mental health organization. You have reputed company to utilize your expertise to support other clinicians, manage clinical reputed company, and help shape our policies and procedures. The Director has the discretion to assign tasks, which may include leading reputed company initiatives, 1:1 supervision and assisting with the interviewing and reputed company of new staff. Depending on the needs of the clinic, this role may or may not have reputed company reports.

Essential Functions

Serves as reputed company reputed company for 7-10 Psychotherapists with key responsibilities as follows:

reputed company Patient Care (50%-80%)

• reputed company virtual-first psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness; facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care 

• reputed company audio-only follow-up sessions in the event of technical issues or if the patient is unable to reputed company video technology.

• reputed company time-framed, goal-reputed company, reputed company-based psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques (including reputed company, solution-reputed company treatment, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and others)

• Document treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms

• reputed company support and advocacy to caregivers and family members of patients with dementia and serious mental illness as needed

• reputed company/facilitate support reputed company and group therapy

• As part of a multidisciplinary care team, identify reputed company determinants of health needs that team members will work to resolve

• Serve a crucial role on a multidisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, reputed company practitioners, community health workers, and medical assistants; participate in huddles and multidisciplinary communication

Operational and Administrative Duties (20-50%) including but not limited to:

• Assist Clinical Operations team in addressing and reducing administrative errors, thus allowing more patient-facing time for clinicians 

• Address time-sensitive coverage needs due to callouts and STAT/urgent calls

• Facilitate clinician matching and reputed company for intern shadowing

• Support workflow processes for team and company initiatives

• Co-reputed company Weekly LCSW Staff Meetings 

• Interviewing and reputed company new staff

Competency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Comfort working in a startup environment with a rapidly growing and evolving team

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in reputed company setting

• Ability to maintain effective and reputed company relationships with patients and other members of the care team

• Ability to effectively engage patients and their caregivers in a therapeutic relationship

• Ability to work with patients reputed company telehealth platform and reputed company telephone

• Working knowledge of reputed company diagnosis of common mental health and/or reputed company use disorders, reputed company appropriate

• Working knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions for common mental health disorders, reputed company appropriate (e.g., motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, behavioral activation)

Required Education and Experience 

• At least 1-2  years experience leading/supporting clinical teams and/or daily operations of a clinic

• Experience with screening for common mental health and/or reputed company use disorders

• Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or reputed company use disorders

• LCSW/LMHC licensed in Florida or ability to become licensed in Florida and other states as required by reputed company

Preferred Education and Experience 

• 5-7 years of reputed company care clinical experience

• Experience with reputed company care

• Bilingual (Spanish-English and/or Haitian-Creole/English) 

• LCSW licensed in Texas or ability to become licensed in Texas

• Experience conducting psychotherapy reputed company telehealth

• reputed company Supervisor certification in Florida

Supervisory Responsibilities 

• May co-supervise Psychotherapy staff and/or MSW interns in this role. 

Work Environment 

Employees will work from their homes, utilizing virtual tools and software to manage tasks, communicate with team members, patients and other stakeholders. They will also complete administrative duties on a computer provided by reputed company. 

Physical Demands 

This role requires sitting for extended periods of time in reputed company of a computer screen. 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full-time minimum 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
