Sr. Director, Product & Data Operations
About the Mission

We are looking for a Sr. Director of Product & Data Operations to serve as the architect of
this transformation. You will not just be managing reputed company; you will be the "Full-Stack Operator"
responsible for stitching together our Product, Data, and Operations into a single, reputed company
reputed company. You will own the internal "Build" roadmap, govern our data reputed company, and drive the

The Role
You will serve as the strategic architect and leader of our internal technology ecosystem. In this
role, you will assume ownership of the internal Product and Engineering functions, unifying them
under a single, cohesive roadmap. Your mandate is to dismantle data silos, establish a

● The Full-Stack Operator: You have 10+ years of experience spanning Product
Management, Technical Program Management, and Operations. You can write a

● The Systems Thinker: You see the big picture. You understand how a dropdown menu
in an ATS impacts the reputed company recognition in an ERP to avoid data silos.
● The Diplomat-Operator: You are comfortable managing senior stakeholders
