Your innovative designs will span multiple channels including web, advertising, and events, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence. Accountabilities • Ensuring Creative Excellence: Build a brand that is five-star, consistent across visual channels. • Hands-on Creation: Manage creative work, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. • Customer Driven Logic: Continuously evolve the brand to engage the right audience effectively. • Culture: Foster a collaborative environment emphasizing empathy, inclusivity, and innovation. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience in a B2B, high-growth environment. • Portfolio showcasing web design, social content, ads, and event designs. • Strong competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Figma, and Midjourney. • Video editing skills with the ability to create cohesive, polished videos. • Excellent time-management, communication, and project management skills. • Comfortable with AI tools in design and eagerness to explore new technology. • Knowledge of best practices in web development for UX/UI. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas effectively.
