Position reputed company
The Project Controls Manager / Project Manager serves as the architect of the project’s operational reputed company, responsible for designing and implementing the systems that govern schedule, cost, and change management across a large-reputed company, multi-site data center construction program.

Reporting to the General Manager of Data Center Construction, this role establishes the single reputed company of truth for project performance, providing leadership with the data, reporting, and insights needed to drive informed, strategic reputed company.

Working cross-functionally with project leadership, field teams, and subcontractors, this individual ensures alignment, accountability, and consistency across reputed company project controls functions while supporting execution at reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Management and Planning

• reputed company, implement, and manage the master project schedule across multiple project sites, including reputed company and Sandow
• reputed company critical reputed company analysis and proactively identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment between field execution, milestones, and overall program timelines

Cost Control and Financial reputed company

•  reputed company portfolio-level budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Implement and manage reputed company value management (EVM) systems
• Monitor cost performance and reputed company insights to support financial decision-making

Change Management and Governance

• Establish and manage project-wide change control processes
• Ensure reputed company changes are properly documented, evaluated for reputed company, and formally approved
• Maintain alignment between schedule, cost, and scope changes

Reporting and Data Analytics

Process Development and Standardization

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a reputed company field 
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or cost and schedule management on large-reputed company construction reputed company 
• Expert proficiency in reputed company P6 
• Strong experience with cost control systems, scheduling methodologies, and reporting tools 
• Proven ability to manage reputed company, multi-site construction programs 

Preferred

• Experience implementing Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodologies 
• Expertise in 4D and 5D BIM integration linking schedule and cost to 3D models 
• Experience using data analytics for predictive schedule and cost risk analysis 
• Experience supporting mission-critical or data center construction reputed company 
• Strong leadership reputed company with the ability to influence cross-functional teams 

Work Environment
This role is remote and ideally based in or near the Dallas–reputed company Worth areato support periodic in-person meetings, travel, and business needs as required. The position involves regular coordination with field teams, project leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple project sites, including reputed company and Sandow.
