• Analyzes sold case and reputed company documents to create new case and amendment certificates and policies for reputed company group life and disability cases; maintains issue documents for smaller reputed company cases and state specific statutory policies.

• Provides contract administrative services to internal customer reputed company, supports staff in the processing of certificate and policy transactions, to support the achievement of customer service standards.
