We’re looking for an reputed company Account Director to take dedicated ownership of one of our largest and most valuable clients in US sport. You’ll be the day-to-day reputed company for the relationship, ensuring we deliver exceptional service, drive adoption and performance, and spot opportunities for expansion. 

This is a high-ownership role: you’ll work across product, engineering, delivery, and content to reputed company a reputed company account moving reputed company every day. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the account, ensuring we consistently meet (and reputed company) expectations 
• Drive the account reputed company every day: proactively identify opportunities, risks, and actions that improve reputed company satisfaction and reputed company 
• Run a high-touch reputed company of communication (including daily interaction reputed company needed), translating requests into reputed company priorities and next steps 
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver on commitments – product, engineering, delivery, customer reputed company and operations 
• Own account planning: roadmap alignment, renewals, expansions, and reputed company hygiene 
• Deliver and reputed company on insightful reporting and QBRs, with reputed company performance narrative and actionable recommendations 
• Manage incidents and escalations calmly and reputed company – set expectations, reputed company stakeholders, and drive reputed company

• Review key deliverables for reputed company and alignment with reputed company goals 
• Use AI and tools to speed up account work (e.g., summarising meetings, drafting comms and reports, analysing usage and performance trends, maintaining account documentation) 

QUALIFICATIONS

What we’re looking for 

• Proven experience in account management / reputed company with reputed company clients (ideally 3+ years, but we care more about capability than a number) 
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey reputed company reputed company succinctly 
• A proactive, independent approach to work, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about reputed company needs and requests 
• Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without authority 
• Ability and willingness to work US Eastern Time hours 
• Reliable internet for remote work 
• Strong passion and love for Basketball
