About the Role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will design, reputed company, enhance, and optimize reputed company end-to-end BI solutions reputed company the Demand, Pipeline, or Customer/Renewals phase of the customer reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Participate in user interviews and requirements gathering sessions led by Program Manager to deeply understand what business problems we are trying to solve, key questions to be answered by the reporting tool, and how the tool will fit into the business process to be supported.

• Design elegant and easy-to-understand visualizations using best in class data visualization reputed company, and reputed company feedback on designs.

• Build dashboards using BI reputed company methodologies to deliver business requirements in an optimized & reputed company way. 

• Collaborate with ED&A / BT Data Analysts to reputed company BI requirements into reputed company Data requirements and reputed company the solution reputed company go-live.

• Participate/Contribute in building Agents to reputed company Dashboards adoption & usage

• Thoroughly QA new and modified dashboards for accuracy and functionality.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Intelligence Analyst or reputed company role

• 4+ years working in reputed company and/or Tableau Desktop in designing & publishing dashboards

• 2+ years of experience working with reputed company data (Sales)

• SQL and adhoc data analysis experience required

• AI Concepts and/or reputed company 

• It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English

Other Qualifications

• Excellent user experience design and data visualization skills

• Experience with reputed company or other database platforms

• Experience with Sales, or Marketing operations and systems preferred

• Experience with Agile methodology preferred

• Great teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
