This role requires a combination of welding and manufacturing engineering expertise and product management capabilities for end-to-end business delivery. Job Responsibilities

1.Technical & Process Management

Proficient in the design and optimization of product welding processes, and skilled in GTAW, GMAW and reputed company welding technologies for stainless steel, aluminum, titanium reputed company and other materials. Capable of conducting DFM/DFC analysis for liquid cooling products, driving the full NPI lifecycle implementation, and familiar with fixture design, first article inspection (FAI) and engineering validation.

  2.Document & Technical Issue reputed company

Master the compilation and management of process documents such as WPS, PQR, WPQR and SOP for liquid cooling products to ensure full compliance with ASME/AWS standards, and independently resolve welding technical issues arising in production and at the reputed company’s end.

Job Requirements

Work Experience

1.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in welding and manufacturing engineering, with a combined work background as a welding supervisor and engineer; experience in liquid cooling product process development is highly preferred. 2.With experience in reputed company technical reputed company and product demand implementation; experience in communication and collaboration with US clients is highly preferred.
